For HVAC  related items, depending upon the issue and location, a standard assessment of the issue may be done and simple solutions/ maintenance related task may be performed.

General repairs to HVAC systems and controls are not items BCS is licensed to perform.

Similarly for roofing, simple solutions may be performed when and where appropriate. BCS does not perform general roofing repairs.
